The Death Eaters, are the group that stands alongside Lord Voldemort. They are made up of individuals who believe Voldemort's teachings and philosophies. Their current location is unknown, seeing as they are scattered taking action to Voldemort's biddings.

When the third task of the Triwizard Tournament ended, Voldemort was reborn and his followers have gathered in Little Hangleton's graveyard; the last place they were known to be as a whole.

Listed below are the names of the known Death Eaters and their current criminal status:

Avery - Acquitted.

Black, Regulus - Murdered by Voldemort.

Crabbe - Acquitted.

Crouch, Bartimeus Jr. - Received the Dementor's Kiss

Dolohov, Antonin - Convicted.

Goyle - Acquitted.

Jugson - Unknown.

Karkaroff, Igor - Released on trial.

Lestrange, Bellatrix - Convicted.

Lestrange, Rabastan - Convicted.

Lestrange, Rodolphus - Convicted.

Malfoy, Lucius - Convicted. Though he had been acquitted earlier.

Macnair, Walden - Convicted. Served the Ministry of Magic while acquitted earlier.

Mulciber - Convicted.

Nott - Acquitted.

Pettigrew, Peter - Believed to be murdered by Death Eaters.

Rookwood, Agustus - Convicted.

Rosier, Evan - Killed by Aurors.

Snape, Serverus - Acquitted. Now a member of the Order of the Phoenix and spying on the Death Eaters.

Travers - Convicted.

Wilkes - Killed by Aurors.
